
Refund and Returns Policy

At NivoGuard Car, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process and terms for returning products and obtaining refunds.
Please read the following carefully before returning any items or requesting a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new and unused condition.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or parts that came with it.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Special order products, custom items, or products marked as “non-returnable.”
- Gift cards and certain health and safety items, if applicable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at info@nivoguardcar.net or by phone at +1 323-712-9251 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return when contacting us.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of the order confirmation or receipt.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account.
- If your return is rejected due to non-eligibility (e.g., used or damaged items), we will contact you to explain the issue and may offer you the option of having the item returned to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, you can place a new order for the replacement item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost, and we will either offer you a full refund or send a replacement product.
6. Late Returns
Returns made outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. We encourage you to return items promptly to ensure your eligibility for a refund.
7. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If your return qualifies for a refund, the original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item was faulty or shipped in error.
8. International Returns
- Customers outside the United States must pay for return shipping. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
- International customers should ensure the item is clearly marked as a return to avoid unnecessary customs fees.
